Fire!

This has been a fun weekend meeting a bunch of new people, mainly from Sweden (I'll explain why later), at Haukeliseter Fjellstue. But it started quite bad, with a fire Friday night, where the building housing the sauna burned down. Luckily, no one got injured and no other buildings were damaged. But it was a sad sight to wake up to Saturday morning, where it was still burning.

I was helping out at Haukeli this weekend, and on Saturday we took 40 happy, young people out hiking. Weather and view wasn't too good, but we had a good hike in the area close to Haukeliseter.

There is already a bit of snow on the mountaintops, hopefully there will be more coming in the next weeks!

The weather was nicer on Sunday and I took a few snapshots before driving home in the afternoon.
