One states that if there are a lot of berries on the tree, there will be a lot of snow because the birds need to eat a lot of berries to get through a hard winter.
The other states that if there are a lot of berries on the tree, there will be little snow because the tree can only handle one heavy burden on its branches in one year.
One thing that is certain it that there are a lot of rowanberries on the trees this autumn! So I have to try to remember to check which theory is working. One thing is for sure, it will be one of them! hahaha... Fingers crossed that it is the first one!
